ESSC BADMINTON INFORMATION
|
General Description
|
Badminton
is a great sport for improving your agility, hand-eye coordination,
and stamina. It is a doubles game, with a minimum of one female
on the court at all times. The ESSC offers Recreational and
Recreational Plus divisions. There is an Event Coordinator on-site
to update players on ESSC happenings and to get the games started,
however, players are expected to call their infractions and
manage their own game. Each team plays two opponents per night
(two matches consisting of three games each). Games are played
on standard badminton courts in medium and large sized gyms
in schools throughout the city. After your game, meet-up with
your team mates and other ESSC players while enjoying exclusive
specials at one of our many Sponsor Bars around Edmonton. |
