Important
Registration Note:
When registering a TEAM for Badminton choose the 'Individual/Friends
( 1-4 players )' option on the registration form and enter information
for 2 players. Do NOT choose the 'Team' option.
You will need to pay $150 in fees and the ESSC will refund you the $10
difference.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
ABOUT
THE SPORT
All of our Badminton Leagues are mixed doubles (1 male and 1 female on
the court) and are played in school gyms throughout the city. Serve, smash,
and rally....just have fun!

WHO
CAN PLAY?
Adults age 18 and older may join our co-ed leagues.
Our leagues offer divisions for beginners and skilled veterans. We welcome
full teams (4-5 players), friends (2-3 players) and individual registrations.
Friends and individual registrations are combined with other similiar registrants
to form a team that remains together for the duration of the season.

ESSC LEAGUE

2008 season begins the week of April 13th. |
| Players: |
All leagues are
co-ed doubles. 2 on the court, 1 male and 1 female. Team sizes should
range from 2-4 depending on the commitment level of each player. Teams
with commited players can register a team with 2 players (1 male and
1 female) |
| Cost: |
$140/team (9
weeks) or $75pp for individual or friends registrations. Please see
above section for more details on registering as a single/friend. |
| Gyms: |
Games are played at public &
private gyms throughout the city. |
| Game
Times: |
Weekdays 6:00pm-10:00pm
PLEASE NOTE: Games may be scheduled for long weekend Mondays.

| Schedules: |
To
be posted to the website within 48 hours of your first game. |
| Equipment: |
ESSC ensures
that all gyms have solid nets and standards. Players set-up and
take down the nets at the gyms. The ESSC will provide entry level
racquets as well as shuttles. Players have the option to use thier
own racquets. |

HOW DO I REGISTER?
ALL REGISTRATIONS MUST BE DONE ONLINE SO THAT FORMS CAN BE PROCESSED
IN THE ORDER THEY ARE RECEIVED.

WAIVER
All players must fill out a Waiver before playing in the ESSC. The
waiver must be submitted as soon as your spot in the league has been
confirmed. Waivers must be filled out each season that a person plays
with the ESSC. |
