Division

                                                       Description

Recreational

For teams/players that have little to no experience and has a FUN first attitude. This division should be reserved for beginners or those that are new to the sport. If you have Basketball experience, do not register for Recreational.

Recreational Plus

For teams/players that have played in the Rec division for 2 seasons or more and finished in the top half of the standings. Teams should have an even mix of beginner, novice and experienced players.

Intermediate

For teams/players that have played in the Rec Plus division for 2 or more seasons. Teams should have an even mix of novice to experience players who are familiar with positions on the court, are confident with shooting and fully understand all fouls.

The above divisions are created based on skill level and not on competitive behaviour. All SSC players are expected to play with a ‘fun-first, winning second’ attitude. The SSC may move your team up or down a division based on seasonal results.
