Time
to Reward Yourself!
Now
that you have incorporated exercise and healthy eating
into your daily life you’re starting to see the benefits
of both. Now it’s time to reward yourself! Rewards can be physically, mentally and spiritually
healthy. Everyone deserves to feel good and to be at the
top of their own priority list. Here are just a few things
you can do to feel good and to keep yourself motivated!
Schedule in daily “me” time
– this can be as simple as taking a relaxing bath, reading
a good book or going for a casual walk. Whatever form
it is for you, ‘me’ time allows you to recuperate, regenerate
and overall get back in touch with yourself. So don’t
feel guilty, take 10 minutes each night and enjoy the
company of yourself!
Spoil yourself – get a pedicure, buy a
new outfit, or spend the day at the salon. Anything that
can be looked forward to and that makes you feel good
can be part of spoiling yourself. Drop the guilt, spent
time and money on yourself;
Learn to meditate – meditation is great form
of self rejuvenation. Plus, freeing your mind of all the
daily stresses and anxieties can make the rest of your
week less worrisome allowing you to better deal with the
more important stuff. Meditating may be difficult but
once you learn it, you never lose it!
