Indoor |
Teams will play an hour long 4 on 4, with at least 2 females (plus a goalie), game each week. This format utilizes facilities with hardwood or sport flooring.

Teams will play an hour long 5 on 5, with at least 2 females (plus a goalie), game each week. Teams will play out of Turf arenas in the various soccer centres around Edmonton.
