Flag Football, Ultimate:
These EC's help coordinate the league night that they are playing
in by bringing the EC gear (balls, flags, discs, field markers,
etc) each week, setting up the fields, updating players with pre-game
announcements, and reporting game results to The Club the following
day. You are an EC for the location you are playing at, on the night
you play, at the time you play. Each EC is responsible for the teams
at their location.
Beach Volleyball: These EC's main duties are to
update players with pre-game announcements and report the game results
to The Club the following day. You are an EC for the location you
are playing at, on the night you play, at the time you play.
ECs will do announcements for the teams playing
at the time the EC plays. These ECs may be required to set-up the
nets.
Indoor Volleyball/Badminton:
These EC's main duties are to bring equipment, update players with
pre-game announcements and report the game results to The Club the
following day. You are an EC for the location you are playing at,
on the night you play, at the time you play. ECs
will do announcements for the teams playing at the time the EC plays.
These ECs may be required to set-up the nets.
Start date:
Spring Leagues start the week of Indoor: April 13, Outdoor: April
20
Completion date:
The spring season will end in July. Successful EC's can EC year-round
with the ESSC.
Hours:
You coordinate the location you play at each
week at the time you are scheduled to play, this usually involves
arriving at your facility 15 minutes early to coordinate the set-up
of nets and to do the pre-game announcements for the players. ECs
remain at the location until games are complete, nets are put away
and scores have been reported to you / equipment collected.
Rate of pay:
EC's are not paid by the hour. See benefits below.

Responsibilities:
- Attend pre-season EC meeting (1.5 hours). Date and location are
TBA.
- Arrive at games 15 minutes early to set-up nets and to organize/update
the players
- Bring the schedule/scoresheet/rules/equipment to the games each
week
- Update players at your gym on game night of upcoming events and/or
league information
- Record scores and report to The Club the next day by 5pm (online)
- Play in your league with honour and good sportsmanship!
