DESCRIPTION OF EACH ROLE
Bar Team(s)
- Transport of materials to the event (banners, ballots, prizing,
flyers etc)
- Meet with bar management to review logistics
- Set-up/take down of bar
- Meet and greet people throughout the entire bar
- Hand out ballots for door prizes
- Inform customers about the ESSC
- Take photos at the event
Street Team(s)
- Hand out flyers and other prizing to people on Whyte Ave
and in Parks around Edmonton
- Manage fun games with potential customers in these locations.
- Inform people about the ESSC and the upcoming season!
- Take photos at the event
Edmonton RUSH Team(s)
- Transport of materials to Rexall Place for all home games
(banners, ballots, prizing, flyers etc)
- Meet with RUSH management to review logistics
- Set-up/take down of booth
- Meet and greet people throughout Rexall
- Hand out ballots
- Inform customers about the ESSC
- Take photos at the event
- Play/manage interactive games with target market at the
Edmonton RUSH game

You will work in a group of 2 at all
of the events. You must be committed to the position and willing
to work flexible hours. Paid training will be provided.
