Games Coordinator of the Season and Feedback Form

The Games Coordinators (GC) in the SSC provide an invaluable service. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the GC program, to that end we invite you to fill out this form, with both positive and negative comments about both the individual GC and the general role of the GC. This feedback will be incorporated into the evaluation that each GC receives as part of the training & evaluation process. Your name and information will not be passed on to the Games Coordinator.

GC of the Season is awarded to the Games coordinator who receives the most votes from the players for a job well done. This is the highest award a GC can receive and the honor comes directly from the players. Please help us recognize the GC who stands out week after week, creating a fun atmosphere and adding value to your games. Each GC that receives the award, one for floor hockey, basketball, dodgeball, and soccer, will get a GC of the Season t-shirt and a gift certificate. Winners will be announced at the Season End Party.
