ESSC will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties
any user details derived from the registration for or
use of a ESSC service -- including user names and addresses
-- without the consent of the user (except as required
by law or in the case of imminent physical harm to the
user or others).
When ESSC uses agents, contractors or companies to perform
services on its behalf, ESSC will ensure that the company
protects your information consistent with this Policy.
A user may choose not to receive direct marketing communications
from ESSC by contacting the ESSC office with this request.
Upon such notification, ESSC will remove the user from
their distribution list.
