Liability: The waiver helps players understand that there are risks associated with playing adult sports and that by participating in ESSC events, you are assuming these risks.

Sportsmanship: A huge part of the club and its growing popularity is sportsmanship. The league asks that everyone who plays in our leagues display good sportsmanship at all times, under all circumstances. By signing the waiver you agree to participate in the ESSC with good sportsmanship.

Player Information: The waiver allows the ESSC to collect important information about our players. Using this information, we are better able to answer inquiries about our programs: average age, ratio of males to females, etc. It also helps us to determine which new programs will most appeal to our players and which sponsorships may provide direct benefits to our players. We also use the information to update our player database (there will be an option in the near future that will allow you to not receive the mail-outs). We DO NOT sell or give player information to other organizations.
