ESSC Culture

The ESSC office currently has more than 10 full-time staff, who in turn look after over 100 part time field staff and hundreds of teams each season. Although there is a lot to do each day – this doesn't stop the staff from having fun! With seasonal team bonding events, great perks and some crazy office antics, the ESSC staff are a team in and out of the workplace (you may even play against the staff team in an upcoming league or tournament). If you ever have a chance to visit the ESSC office, you won’t see the staff playing Ball Hockey in the hallway and drinking Wild Rose as you might have imagined, but you would see a friendly and professional team dedicated to bringing you the best possible sporting experience.
