It’s the age-old debate, right? Dill Pickle or Seasoned? Salted or Cracked Pepper? Smoky BBQ or Spicy Sweet Chili?

One of the most important components of any Slo-Pitch player’s ball bag, next to the speaker, is the bag of Spitz (Spicy Sweet Chili). But what kind do you bring (Spicy Sweet Chili)? How many bags is too many bags? What on earth do you do if the only flavor available in the store is Salted?

We at the SSC World Headquarters consider ourselves connoisseurs of the seeds and in the midst of closing down Fall leagues, completing divisional research, and building schedules, we took the time to do the dirty work and solve the world’s most frequently asked question; which Spitz is the best Spitz (Spicy Sweet Chili)? While we all have our opinions (Spicy Sweet Chili is the best), we tried to ensure the judges remained impartial and gave each flavor of Spitz a chance at the top spot.

After much debate, some heated conversations, and a few time-outs, here are the final rankings:

  1. Smoky BBQ
  2. Dill Pickle
  3. Seasoned
  4. Spicy Sweet Chili
  5. Cracked Pepper
  6. Salted

Because we believe in giving everything 110% here at the SSC World Headquarters, we decided to take it one step further and create new flavor profiles of our own. PepsiCo, if you’re reading this, this is what the people want:

  • Ketchup
  • Cool Ranch
  • Pumpkin Spice
  • Sriracha
  • Chili Lime
  • Salt n Pepa (Push It Real Good)
  • Jalapeno
  • All Dressed
  • Lemon Pepper

Have fun out there, kids!
