This Edmonton Co-ed Flag Rugby League is a non-contact, fun-first league. This is the perfect opportunity for the ruck rookies or rugby enthusiasts who wants to avoid injury while having a blast with their friends; or as we like to say... one of the world's most renowned sports with a whole lot less "ouch!"
