How to Pay
All online registrations must be paid in full at the time of registration. The ESSC accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Visa Debit. All payments are completed through a secure payment page. Any player who is unable to pay online with a credit card can visit the ESSC office and pay with cash, cheque or debit. Individuals, groups and teams will not be accepted into a league until the registration has been paid in full.
Delay of Game Fee
Any team registration submitted after the registration deadline will be subject to an additional 15% fee. Team registrations that are submitted prior to the deadline, but have not been paid for in full by the deadline, will also be subject to an additional 15% fee.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted two business days prior to the registration deadline in order to receive a full refund. After this date, no full or partial refunds or credits will be issued.
