All Winter 2020 League Team Captains and Individual registrants should have received an email from the Club on Thurs, Apr 16 detailing the process that went into this decision and the breakdown of the league credits. To summarize:
- Full Teams:
- Teams who had 3 or more games remaining will receive a partial credit for an upcoming season, and;
- Teams who have more than $250 worth of unplayed games (e.g. a team paid $900 and played 7 of 9 games) will receive a partial credit for an upcoming season.
- Individuals:
- Individuals who had 3 or more games remaining will receive a partial credit for an upcoming season, and;
- Individuals who had 2 or more games remaining, who's per game price was $150 or greater will receive a partial credit for an upcoming season.
- For those who were able to play the vast majority of the season and do not meet the above criteria, we hope that you can appreciate the challenging situation and our inability to compensate you. We truly wish we could.
- Over the past few weeks, we have been able to recoup some unused Winter season facility rental payments, and have managed to cut a few other costs that are directly related. These savings rounded up to $38,000 and we are allocating them fully back to you via team credits.
- It will take us many hours to process all of the credits; we thank you in advance for your patience. You will receive an email from us within the next 2-3 weeks with the credit owed.
