When you login to MyShifts, you will be able to see all of the shifts that you are scheduled for.

Scroll through the calendar to see your shifts
Confirm your weekly schedule by Sunday at Midnight.
This schedule entails all GC shifts for the entire season. This schedule will provide you with a snapshot of the season that you can use when contacting to other GCs to sub or swap shifts with you.
If you need to swap a shift or find someone to cover for you, the GC Shift Exchange is your first resort. It's simple:
Enter your email address.
On the subject line enter the date and sport of your shift
In the email provide other essential details (ex. location, time, if you are open to take a shift for someone else, etc.)
Select "All Active" and "All Subs"
Submit. Your email will be sent to everyone on the list.
If someone is willing to cover your shift you must:
Ensure that they are certified in the sport
Inform Mitch of the exchange immediately
Summer 2026 Pay Dates: July 23rd, August 20th, September 17th
Please click the button below and fill out the form if you need to claim any travel on a shift, or need time added to a shift you worked.
Please print your permit and bring it to every game. If you do not see your facility in the permit file with the correct date and time, please contact me at mitchel@edmontonsportsclub.com ASAP!

When are Scores Due?
Scores are due by 5 pm the day following your game.
Why is it very important to report on time?
The Admin Team processes scores for several hundred teams each day and we guarantee our teams that their standings will be up within 72 hours of their game. Late score submissions result in angry players and added work for our Admin team. Processing your scores on time is a core part of being a successful GC!
What is the Username and Password?
The login to enter scores has been changed to be your personal email address followed by:
Login: gc
Password: gcreport
