When you login to MyShifts, you will be able to see all of the shifts that you are scheduled for.

1. Enter your email address.

2. Scroll through the calendar to see your shifts

3. Confirm your weekly schedule by Sunday at Midnight.

This schedule entails all GC shifts for the entire season. This schedule will provide you with a snapshot of the season that you can use when contacting to other GCs to sub or swap shifts with you.

If you need to swap a shift or find someone to cover for you, the GC Shift Exchange is your first resort. It's simple:

1. Enter your email address.

2. On the subject line enter the date and sport of your shift

3. In the email provide other essential details (ex. location, time, if you are open to take a shift for someone else, etc.)

4. Select "All Active" and "All Subs"

5. Submit. Your email will be sent to everyone on the list.

6. If someone is willing to cover your shift you must:

   • Ensure that they are certified in the sport

   • Inform Mitch of the exchange immediately
