The SSCHL’s inaugural season begins with a 5 on 5 league. This is a Recreational league and there are no co-ed requirements to play; teams need 5 skaters and a goalie.

This is a citywide league, meaning citywide arenas, however 90% of games are played in Rogers Place at the Downtown Community Arena.

9-Week: 7 regular season, 2 playoff.

Discounts are available for players registering as an individual in multiple sports/nights.
- The 1st registered sport will be paid in full.
- The 2nd registered sport will be discounted $30.
- The 3rd (and all additional!) sports will be discounted $50 each.
- Individuals must register online for each sport separately, and pay in full for all sports at the time of registration.
- The ESSC will automatically issue applicable refunds at the start of the season, once placement on an Individuals team is confirmed.

**Individuals must be playing all sports/nights in the same season for the discount(s) to apply. One registration in the Fall season and one in the Winter season, for example, does not count.
