Dodgeball Offerings

Rookies

This NEW format is tailored towards Dodgeball rookies, or teams and individuals with little playing experience. To qualify for the Rookies League, teams must have played two or less seasons of ESSC Dodgeball. This format is played with foam (no-sting) balls, and includes a Dodgeball 101 pre-season add-on as part of the registration fee, where newbies are introduced to Dodgeball rules and strategy, and can practice before the official season start. In this Co-ed format, games are played 6 on 6 with a minimum of two females on the court at all times.
