COVID-19 Cancellation Policy

The Club will endeavour to run a shortened season prior to completely cancelling. If a shortened season is able to run, all Individuals and Teams will receive a pro-rated refund based on the new season length. If the entire season is cancelled due to COVID-19 all registrations will be refunded in full.

Registrants understand and are aware that if the season started but needs to be shortened or cannot be finished due to COVID-19 restrictions, the Club will provide the following:

  • Individual and Small Group registrants will receive a pro-rated ESSC credit based on number of games missed
  • Full teams will receive the pro-rated value of games missed as 50% ESSC credit and a 50% refund
