Gym Descriptions and Field Set-Up

  • Always reference the Gym Description before heading to your games. Urgent reminders are included in the Announcements (e.g. where we've had recent issues with) but you should be in the habit of checking for every facility you play at.

  • If there is another rotation coming to use the facility after you, please talk to the next EC about where the equipment came from so they can put it back in the same place. It’s not always obvious where the equipment should go, if they haven't used the facility before.

  • If you do not see your Gym Description listed, clear your cache and try again. If it is still not listed, contact the EC Management team at ecinfo@edmontonsportsclub.com.

  • If any of these descriptions are inaccurate, please notify the EC Management team immediately so this may be corrected.

  • Indoor Volleyball: Please ensure Nets are set to Mens Height (7'11 3/4 or 8 ft).

Please print your permit and bring it to every game OR have the page bookmarked on your phone for easy access and reference. If you do not see your facility in the permit file with the correct date and time, clear your cache and try again. Any further issues can be reported to ecinfo@edmontonsportsclub.com.

*If you cannot find your permit, please review all other documents before contacting ESSC. It may be included under a different sport’s permit.

EC Score Reporting

When are scores due?

  • 5:00pm the day following your game

Why is it very important to report on time?

The Admin Team processes scores for several hundred teams each day and we guarantee our teams that their standings will be up within 72 hours of their game. Late score submissions result in angry players and added work for our Admin team. Processing your scores on time is a core part of being a successful EC!
