Jacki has been involved in the Edmonton fitness community for the past 10 years. She has an extensive background in working with different demographics from community recreation, seniors exercise management, elite athletes and corporate clients. Jacki loves to ensure a well-rounded physical activity routine that includes weight lifting, HIIT, yoga, sports and hiking. With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and certified by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, Jacki always ensures a safe and effective workout environment for all participants.
